Coaching is one of the best jobs to have, but only if you like to help people succeed in their own life by discovering their own resources.
It takes off in the US, but is not yet that common in Asia. The challenge for many is that it is easy to hang out a sign claiming to be a coach, as there are no educational requirement.

In addition, I had my good share in leading teams to success in the corporate world, and I am still heading a global project in the US$5 million range (which is a lot for a Malaysian company).
